James Dean Restaurant, located in the heart of Prague, is a retro American-inspired diner. We went for brunch before a long day of exploring and I ordered the toasted egg sandwich, which came with free bottomless cups of coffee (major perk). The whole restaurant is set up as a 50’s diner with Marilyn Monroe pictures, a downstairs dance club, jukeboxes and waitresses that look like life-sized Barbie dolls.
A few days later I went back with my friends for dinner and we got cheeseburgers and caprese sandwiches with mozzarella, tomato and pesto. We will definitely be back here for when we need a little dose of American.
